Regardless of where you live, place vegetation by the curb ONLY on your REGULARLY SCHEDULED VEGETATION DAY PICK UP. It will be picked up by a "claw" truck, taken to the Woody Waste recycling facility and made into mulch! This mulch is available to the public FREE!!! Just show up with a shovel and a truck! It is not recommended for new plants or plants or vegetable gardens but works just fine else where. check it out at:
